What personal data do we process and why?

We process the following personal data when you create an account on the website www.walterleblanc.org : first name, name, email address, address.

We ask you for this information in order to create an account on the website.  By creating a account, you agree to the processing of this data.

Your e-mail address will be used to identify you.  If you consent by clicking the relevant box ("opt-in"), your e-mail address will also be used to send you e-mails to keep you informed of our activities, actions, news or to ask for your opinion.

You can unsubscribe at any time.

We also ask owners of Walter Leblanc’s artwork to provide us with information to keep our data up to date, or to submit new work for inclusion on the database. In order to do so, we invite the owners to complete and submit a form with the following data : first name, name, email address, address, information about the artwork (title, year, material, dimensions, frame, labels and signature, condition of the work, etc.), information about the circumstances of the acquisition.

It is a free process through which owners freely give data.

Is your personal data shared with third parties?

Your data may be passed on to third parties when there is a legal obligation to communicate them in the context of fraud and abuse prevention.

Your data are also passed on to technical third parties (e.g. hosting company), which fulfil all the obligations of the GDPR.
